Promotion Description. The following Prize Promotion Official Rules (“Official Rules”) apply to the " Raid X Demolition Ranch Giveaway Promotion ("Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion sponsor, Plarium Global Ltd., located at 2 Abba Eban Blvd., 4672520, Herzliya Pituach and its affiliates (collectively, “Plarium”), which shall be final and binding in all respects (without prejudice to the Entrant’s legal rights and remedies available to them under applicable law).
Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on July 5th, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“Start Date”) and ends on August 5th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (“End Date”) (from Start Date to End Date referred to as, the "Promotion Period").
Promotion Type: Prize Draw (“Draw Game / Games”) in the form as described in section 6.3 below and subject to the terms set forth in these Official Rules herein. The Draw Games will be available for participation in the following Landing Page https://demolition.plarium.com (“Landing Page”).
Entrant Eligibility. The Promotion and the Draw Games are open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING NEW YORK AND FLORIDA, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (“Entrant”) who meet the Entry Requirements specified in these Official Rules and section 6 below (“Eligible Entrant”). The Promotion is open only to New Users (as defined in section 7 below) with an active Raid: Shadow Legends game account (“Game Account”) and an active Raid player Id (“Raid Player Id”). The Promotion and the Draw Games are subject to all applicable national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Draw Games. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sponsor and Administrator: The Promotion is sponsored by Plarium Global Ltd., 2 Abba Eban Blvd, 4672520 Herzliya Pituach, Israel (“Plarium”). The Administrator of the Promotion is Zorka Mobi Ltd (Reg.num.: HE341489 VAT number: CY10341489R Address: 49 Dromos, 41 K.Polemidia, 4152, Limassol, Cyprus) («Administrator»). How to Enter (“Eligibility Requirements”): To participate in the Promotion and be an Eligible Entrant, an Entrant should:
1. Have an active Raid Player Id and an active Game Account OR download the Raid: Shadow Legends game (the “Game”) to mobile device and/or to PC device (where applicable) (the “Device”) and open an active Raid Player Id and an active Game Account (“Game Account” and “Raid Player Id”). Entry is open only to New Users that downloaded the Game after July 1st, 2024 at 12:01 a.m Eastern Time. Downloading the Game is subject to the terms and limitations specified in section 7 below (“New User”);
2. Enter the Landing Page and register for the Promotion with email and a valid Raid Player ID. Information on how to find your Raid Player ID can be found on the support page for the game available here: https://raid-support.plarium.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014057059-How-do-I-find-my-game-ID-. By entering the Promotion with a Player Id in accordance with this section, the Entrant will be required to confirm that that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and that they meet the Eligibility requirements as set out in section 4 above.
3. During the Promotion Period and until the End Date, every Entrant that registered on the Landing Page (following section 6.1 and 6.2 above), will play the Draw, and reach level 25 before August 5th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
4. No skill is required, and no skill will impact the Eligible Entrants’ chances of being a Potential Winner rewarded with a Prize. Chances are only impacted by the number of Eligible Entrants and the number of available Prizes remaining for the Promotion Period and as described in section 10 below.
5. Only ONE Draw Game play is available for every Eligible Entrant.
6. Potential Winner of the Draw Game will be provided with specific directions for validation and redemption of a Prize rewarded (provided he has won), as set forth in clause 10 below. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
7. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Draw Games and the Landing Page.
Limitations and Restrictions of Participation:
1. Participation is OPEN ONLY TO NEW USERS. A “New User” is defined as a user that
  (a) downloaded the Game for the first time after July 1st, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (US); and
  (b) opened a Game Account within the Promotion Period; and
  (c) has a valid Player Id at the time of Entry; and
  (d) did not have an active Game Account or a Player Id before July 1st, 2024 at 12:01 a.m.
  FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, AN EXISTING USER WHO RE-INSTALLS THE GAME AFTER JULY 1st, 2024 WILL NOT BE COUNTED AS A “NEW USER” FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION AND SUCH USERS SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRIZE(S). Only New Users that installed the Game for the first time on their Device and opened a Game Account in accordance with section 6 above can enter the Promotion. Neither Plarium nor Administrator shall be held responsible or liable if the Game was previously installed on a Device prior to JULY 1st, 2024 or re-installed on a Device. In this case, an Entrant shall not be considered an Eligible Entrant and may be disqualified subject to clause 10 below.
2. Downloading the Game and Game Accounts are free, but subject to the Terms of Use of Plarium. Entrants can download the Game with a direct link to from the relevant app store by clicking the banner located on the Promotion Landing Page or from the direct link under each influencer video or alternatively download the Game directly from the designated app store (on Google Play™ for Android, on App Store® for iOS), or with PlariumPlay Plarium.com/en/plarium-play (all together will be referred hereunder as “Store”). By downloading the Game to a Device from a Store, the Entrant will be subject and may be required to accept the Store’s Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use or any applicable Store’s Privacy Policy. Visit Plarium.com to follow the links and instructions to download the Game and create a Game Account or Plarium Id.
3. ONLY ONE ENTRY IS PERMITTED PER PERSON. Entry must be made by the Entrant, only in the manner described in this Official Rules and subject to the Eligibility Requirements. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, or by tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of any Device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries that have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible.
4. Plarium or the Administrator reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion, in the event an Entrant is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Promotion Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Plarium reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Plarium or the Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or prohibit an Entrant from winning a Prize or disqualify a Potential Winner, if: (i) an Entrant or Potential Winner is found to be ineligible to participate in the Promotion subject to section 4 and/or 6 to these Official Rules; (ii) it determines that an Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Plarium’s or Administrator’s representatives. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
6. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Plarium or the Administrator and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and the advertising and promotion agencies which conduct this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (i.e. spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
Prizes:
1. Available Prizes for Potential Winners are DemolitionRanch T-shirt (“The Prizes”).
2. Potential Winners will be determined randomly by the Administrator that will operate the Draw Game (the “Draw”). All Participants have an equal chance of winning a Prize.

2. Total ARV (Approximate Retail Value) of The Prizes: Six thousand USD ($6000) worth.
3. The Prizes will be awarded to each of 200 Eligible Entrants who have completed the eligibility requirements set forth in the Promotion’s Official Rules and selected in a random selection from among all Eligible Entries entered throughout the Promotion Period after the end of the Promotion Period. Eligible Winners will be notified by the Administrator via email within 10 days after verification is complete in accordance with the Promotion Official Rules. If any Eligible Winner cannot be contacted within 30 days after the random selection, an Eligible Winner forfeits Real Prize. Prizes that will remain by the End of the Promotion due to lack of Eligible Entrants, or failure to validate Potential Winners, or disqualification of Potential Winners (in accordance with section 10 below, or as otherwise detailed in these Official Rules), will not be further awarded.
4. For every Entrant, the odds of winning a Prize is dependent on and impacted by the number of Eligible Entrants and the total number of Prizes.
5. Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except Plarium reserves the right to substitute comparable prize(s) of equal or higher value if any Prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if a Potential Winner fully complies with these Official Rules and Eligibility Requirements. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
6. Plarium makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND PLARIUM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT
Prize Redemption and Verification of Potential Winners:
1. Potential Winners will receive an e-mail Notification notifying them of the Prize (“Winner Notification”). Potential Winners will be required to provide a valid address and phone for shipping and receive their Prize.
2. The Sponsor or Administrator will validate the Potential Winner within approximately ten (10) days following the Winner Notification. A Potential Winner who satisfies all of the necessary requirements in these Official Rules (i.e., valid Player Id, Eligibility Requirements and alike) and receives a notice from the Administrator or the Sponsor upon the successful verification/validation will be considered a “Verified Winner”.
3. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WIN HAVE BEEN VERIFIED OR VALIDATED IN ACCODANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION/VALIDATION PROCESS IS COMPLETED IN A RETURN E-MAIL FROM ADMINISTRATOR. SPONSOR OR THE ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF A WIN IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
4. Verified Winners may be required also to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) by the Sponsor or Administrator as a condition to be rewarded with a Prize. In the event that:
  (i) a Verified Winner is required to provide a signed Prize Claim Document and refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within an appropriate period specified in the Prize Notification (10 days from Prize Notification) or fails to reply to the Prize Notification with the required information and/or the Prize Claim Documents within the specified period within the Prize Notification; or
  (ii) the Potential Winner provided an invalid e-mail for Prize Notification; or
  (iii) the Potential Winner is found to be ineligible in accordance with these Official Rules and the Eligibility Requirements set herein; the Potential/Verified Winner may be disqualified, and the Sponsor may find another Potential Winner in his place.
5. All Real Prizes will be delivered by Real Prize Fulfillment Service Provider to Verified Winners within thirty (30) Business days approximately after the execution of Prize Claim Documents.
6. Plarium and the Administrator shall have no liability if the email with the Prize is lost, intercepted, or not received by a Verified Winner for any reason outside the control and responsibility of Sponsor and/or the Administrator, including if a wrong email address is provided by the Verified Winner/Entrant at the time of registration to the Game. If any Potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not fully complied with these Official Rules or declines the Prize for any reason prior to award, such Potential Winner will be disqualified
7. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of theDraw Game and the selection of Potential Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Draw Game.
General Conditions:
1. Intellectual Property. By participating the Promotion, every Entrant hereby agrees to Plarium’s general terms regarding intellectual property as specified in the Terms of Use, including and without derogating, Plarium’s intellectual property rights in the Services, underlying technology, designs, marks, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed and/or all information and content available on or through the Service and in the course of this Promotion, including any Intellectual Property rights incorporated in the Prize and the designs thereto (“Marks”). You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third parties which may own the Marks. All Intellectual Property included in the Prize and the Promotion (including printed characters, graphics, storylines) are owned by Plarium. You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest and that all rights in the Services and any derivatives are owned by Plarium. You may not otherwise use, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, adapt, distribute, transfer, sell, buy, or exploit our Intellectual Property or any of its features in whole or in part without our prior written authorization.
2. Plarium reserves the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Plarium’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein.
3. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion and the Instant Win Game constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor's use of Verified Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for reporting purposes and promotional purposes related to Plarium’s games or similar promotions in any media without further payment or consideration for a period of 5 years.
4. In the event Plarium is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Plarium’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Plarium shall have the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.
5. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
6. Data rates may apply if an Entrant download and play Raid on his mobile device. not all mobile telephone/wireless providers carry the service necessary to participate in this promotion. Entrants should consult their wireless provider's pricing plans. mobile entry is not required to enter or win a prize in this Promotion.
7. Promotion Conditions. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Plarium, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in any Promotion or these Official Rules.
8. Limitation of Liability. By entering the Promotion winners and Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Plarium, the Administrator and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant's participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (vi) failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster accident, or act of government, or any other cause beyond Plarium's sole control; (vii) prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Plarium is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for failure of delivery of the Prize resulted by a third party service provider and the currier; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.
9. Applicable Laws. The Official Rules and any disputes or differences arising in connection to them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Israel. The Promotion Operator and all Participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in order to resolve any disputes. You hereby agree to the binding Arbitration Agreement. In any circumstances where the foregoing Arbitration Agreement permits the parties to litigate in court, the parties hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, for such purpose and you hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
10. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Plarium’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
11. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By entering the Promotion and downloading the Game, each Entrant acknowledges that they have access to Plarium's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and that any of the Entrant’s information made available to Plarium and/or the Agency in connection with the Promotion and for the execution and performance of the Promotion will be treated in accordance with the Promotion Privacy Notice available here: https://demolition.plarium.com/privacy. These Official Rules shall supersede any contradictory terms contained in the Terms of Use.
12. Social Disclaimer. Participants should understand that they provide their information to Plarium, limited (email, PlayerID) to the Administrator but not to other third parties such as social networks (Facebook, Google, Apple or any similar). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any social network as such. Entrants hereby agree to indemnify these social networks from any and all liability related to this Promotion.

Plarium Global Ltd and its affiliates (“Plarium” or “we”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our online users (“users” or “you”).This Promotion Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) has been provided to inform you as to the ways we collect, store, use, and manage (“process”) your personal information when you participate in the promotions organized by us (“the Promotion”).

“Personal information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, thus who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Plarium Privacy Policy and the Terms and Use for our website (collectively, the “Site”), or any Plarium game or application (the Site, games and applications are, collectively, the “Service”) apply to the use of our Services when participating in the Promotions as well. You can read them here: Plarium Privacy Policy; Plarium Terms of Use. In addition, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to the terms of the Administrators' Privacy Policy.

Please note that the scope of this Notice is limited only to information collected by Plarium through a participation in the Promotion by using the Site or the Service. This Notice does not apply to the practices of third parties that Plarium does not own or control.

Plarium is the controller of your personal information collected within the Promotion and will process your personal information in accordance with applicable law. If you do not agree to this Privacy Notice, please do not participate in our Promotions.

Processing of your personal information for the performance of the Promotion

If you choose to participate in our Promotions, we ask you to provide your Raid Player Id and Email address as required in the Landing Page of the Promotion and the Promotion Official Rules. We process this information so that you can participate in our Promotions and so that we can send you by Plarium or Zorka Mobi Ltd. (the Administrator as specified in the Promotion Official Rule) Prize Notification, in accordance with the Official Rules agreed between us.

If you contact us or the Administrator via email (e.g., to contact customer support), we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, in order to send you a reply. We may use your personal information submitted in your communications to contact and respond to you.

Additionally, to send prizes to winners, we may require further information, such as a valid mailing address, email address, and phone number. This data will be used solely for the purpose of prize delivery and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

In the cases outlined above the legal basis for processing your personal information is the performance of a contract.

You are under no obligation to provide us with any personal information, but if you don’t provide all relevant information, we may not be able to help respectively you may not be able to participate in the Promotion.

Processing of your personal information for other purposes

Your personal information will be used primarily for the purposes of managing and administering the Promotion, including contacting you if you are a winner and to respond to your inquiries as outlined above.

In addition, we may use user information for the following purposes:

Protecting rights and interests. To protect the safety, rights, property, or security of Plarium, the Service, any third party, or the general public; to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; to prevent or stop activity which may be consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal or legally actionable activity; to use as evidence in litigation; and to enforce this Notice and our Promotion Official Rules.

The legal basis for processing your personal information in this regard is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR to protect our Site and Services, defend our rights and to prevent and track unauthorized activities.

Legal compliance. To comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, including as part of a judicial proceeding; to respond to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or other legal process; or as part of an investigation or request, whether formal or informal, from law enforcement or a governmental authority.

The legal basis for processing your personal information in this regard is the compliance with a legal obligation according to Art. 6 (1) lit. c) GDPR.

Corporate Transaction. We may transfer your personal information to third parties as part of a corporate transaction (Asset Deal).

Other Plarium users. If you win a Promotion, we may share and publish your name with regards to the winner publicly, with other Plarium users in our Services, provided you have given your consent to do so.

Third parties for legal, fraud prevention, and security purposes. We may share your information with third parties as required by legal or regulatory obligations; as requested by law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or us to legal liability; or as Plarium otherwise deems necessary to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, technical issues, or other threats to Plarium or others.

Third-party service providers and Partners. insofar as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, we may share your personal information with third party companies that perform services on our behalf such as: hosting services, administration of this Promotion and customer service. While providing the services for us, these companies may access your personal information, and are required to use it solely as directed by us for the purpose of our requested service. Under the same conditions, we may partner with a third party including the Administrator as specified in the Promotion Official Rules in order to assist us fulfill our obligations to you under our Promotion Terms of Use and Real Prize Fulfillment Service Provider (Bunker Branding Co. Third parties in the context of a merger, acquisition, corporate transaction, or other legal process. We may disclose your information to another entity in connection with, an acquisition or merger, sale or transfer of a business unit or assets, bankruptcy proceeding, or as part of any other similar business transfer.

International Transfers

We may transfer your personal information outside your country of residence, including possibly to countries that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to your country of residence. Please note that Plarium is located in Israel, a country that is deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection according to an adequacy decision of the European Commission under Art. 45 GDPR. Where Plarium onward transfers your personal information to a company located outside of Israel, or the EU, we will take steps to ensure that your information is given a similar level of protection as that given in Israel or the EU by concluding standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) lit. c) GDPR. Data retention

We will keep your information for as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above in accordance with applicable law, generally no longer than 3 years from the date you stopped using our services. To determine the appropriate retention period, we will consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process the personal information and whether we can achieve such purposes through other means, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Security

Policy regarding Minors

The terms of our Promotions prohibit users aged under 18 years from participating our Promotions and we do not knowingly collect data relating to minors under the age of 18.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
